I thank you for your letter of the 11th instant re- garding the trade marks registered in Hongkong in the name of Messrs. Arnhold, Karberg & 00.

I note that, before any assignment can be made it will be necessary for my brother and me to obtain from the Courts, either in Hongkong or in England, a declaration which will place beyond dispute our right to the trade marks, as stated in my letter to you of the 14th of February 1917. I am therefore taking steps accordingly and shall revert to the matter in due course.
